Young People's Progress & Outcomes

Our 2025–2026 leavers have moved on to a wide range of further education and specialist pathways that reflect their individual strengths, aspirations, and needs.

Our destination data is presented in two categories.

Destinations – This shows where young people went after leaving Fairmead, such as Yeovil College, Strode College, Taunton College, employment or other destinations.

Pathways – This shows what type of education, training or employment pathway young people moved into, including Foundation Provision, Vocational Provision, Supported Internships, Apprenticeships, employment and NEET.

Together, these categories provide a clear picture of both where our young people progressed to and the type of pathway they entered after leaving Fairmead. We are very proud of each young person’s achievements and the confidence and independence they have shown as they take their next steps into adulthood.
