Learning Pathways
Every young person at Fairmead follows a personalised learning pathway designed around their individual strengths, needs, aspirations and stage of development as identified within their EHCP.
Learning for Life
Develops the practical abilities, self-reliance and resilience young people need for everyday living, enabling them to contribute positively to their communities and prepare for adult life.
Learning to Learn
Strengthens the knowledge, strategies and habits that enable young people to make progress, engage successfully with education and take greater ownership of their own learning.
Ready to Learn
Promotes emotional readiness, positive relationships and personal wellbeing, helping young people feel secure, confident and able to participate fully in school life.
Together, the three pathways provide a coherent and personalised curriculum that enables every young person to learn, grow, participate and prepare for their next stage of life.
