Making memories

Harvest Week 2022

Dear parent and carers

This year, Fairmead School are pleased to once again be able to celebrate the harvest season within school.

As with previous years, we are seeking donations of dried and tinned foods from pupils and staff which we are able to pass on to the local food bank at The Lord's Larder, Addlewell Lane, Yeovil.

We understand the wider economic concerns that everyone are facing at the moment, and therefore, only ask that you donate should you wish to and are able to do so.

Please find below a list of foods that the food bank are currently running low on should you wish to donate to our collection.

We will be accepting donations from Monday 17th to Friday 21st October. During this time, pupil leaders will be at the school gates during the morning drop-off, ready to receive any donations. The school will then pass on all donations to the food bank at lunchtime on Friday, so please do not send in any further donations past this time.

Many thanks for continuing to support this worthy cause.

Mrs Felstead
